Posting Rules

General Posting Policies for ResellGalore ( applies to all versions of Resellgalore.com and Resellgalore.com.au)
Age limit:
As a condition of your use of ResellGalore you agree that you are older than 18 years of age.

To make sure that ResellGalore is as clean, friendly and usable as possible for everyone we may remove ads that fall outside our posting rules stated in our Terms and Condition. You are solely responsible for all information that you submit to ResellGalore and any consequences that may result from your post.

We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse or delete content that we believe is inappropriate or breaching our Terms of Use.

We also reserve the right at our discretion to restrict a user’s usage of the site either temporarily or permanently, or refuse a user’s registration.

General reasons for ads placed on hold or deleted are:

Against policy
Against applicable laws.
It is the responsibility of the advertiser before posting an ad on ResellGalore that content advertised adheres to ResellGalore posting policies as well as applicable laws. As a condition of your use of ResellGalore specified under our Terms of Use, you agree that you will not violate any laws.
Offering postage.
ResellGalore should only be used in face to face local transactions – Ads should be advertised on the local site that is geographically closest to you
Duplicate of another ad :
We reserve the right to make the ads status pending or even delete the ad at our sole descretion if the ad posted by you looks like it is a duplicate of another ad in this site OR if we get a complaint (with enough proofs that the material used in your ad is not yours and has been copied by violating the copyright)
Posted under wrong category:
(You must choose the single most relevant category for your ad)
Ads Posted in different languages other than English:
ResellGalore is an English speaking site and to make sure that the site is usable for everyone we only accept ads that are in English, although translations in other languages in addition to English text is ok
Overseas Ads :
Overseas Ads are not accepted generally but depends on the category and our sole discretion.(Please bear in mind that ResellGalore is focussed only for local community or local businesses)
Website links:
Website links to other websites are not generally accepted (although in some exceptions it is ok but it depends on the sole discretion of ResellGalore )
Not descriptive enough : Ads that do not provide enough detail on/about the topic used to post the ad and look deceptive will be made pending or removed as this is a bad experience for users of ResellGalore)
Appears to be a copy of another ad posted on ResellGalore (Similar to Point 4 unless otherwise stated)
(You may not copy other user ads, your ad must be original)
Inappropriate language
Inappropriate photo / image
Discriminatory on race / religion / nationality
Location, price or URL’s in titles
Selling or offering services for supplements / medicine general or pharmaceutical
Selling body parts / bodily fluids, adoption or surrogacy
Ads that report other fraudulent ads.
Please report potentially fraudulent ads via Contact Us page or at admin@resellgalore.com with ad details (Ad Reference id, Poster’s User Name) and if possible reasons why these ads should be reviewed. ResellGalore reserves the right to remove any postings that we feel are not relevant, or of value to the ResellGalore community, with or without notice.

There are several ways that your ad may be found to breach our policy and may be removed from ResellGalore. Some of the important ones are described below:

Your ad has been reported to us.
When this happens your ad may be temporarily suspended (this depends on a few things) until we look at it.We check reported ads as quickly as we can. As long as we find that it has’t broken any Posting Policies or Terms of Use it should be back up again shortly. Please allow us upto 24 hours for your ad to be back on the site but usually this is more quicker.
Your ad has been “Made Pending” by our moderation tools
Ads either identified by our automated tools as inappropriate, that we then find do break our Posting Policies or Terms of Use will be removed from the site. In most cases, ( but not necessarily for every ad) we email you to let you know when we have had to remove your ad and we might (at our descretion)give you a chance to edit your ad. These emails sometimes get directed to junk folders so please look out for ResellGalore emails. If your junk / spam settings are set at high, then ResellGalore emails may not even be delivered to the spam / junk folder. You may wish to add admin@resellgalore.com or support@resellgalore.com to your safe senders list if you have one.

Links :

You will be allowed to post one link (in either html format or plain text) back to your website or any existing webpage. We allow only one link and this is done to prevent the ad being looked on as a spam ad. Posting more than one link will disqualify your ad from being published. Also posting links on any other fields except in the description field will disqualify your ad. Such ads will be edited by our team as soon as it comes into notice and all the extra links will be removed. Also you will be notified via email that your ad has been edited and repeating this act may ban you and your IP from accessing the site.
